BBC Radio Cambridgeshire picked up Fair Pay UK’s Equal Pay Day research, focusing on how much progress people believe has really been made.

Nate Barber, Partner at Harcus Parker and lead lawyer for Fair Pay UK, discussed the finding that a third of under-35s think it can be reasonable to pay a man more than a woman for the same or a similar role, compared with 14% of over-35s.

The interview also provided a platform to explain Fair Pay UK’s supermarket equal pay claims and why awareness of equal pay rights still matters.
