Harcus Parker used International Equal Pay Day to highlight a striking generational divide in attitudes to pay equality

Our research found 19% of UK adults think it is reasonable to pay a man more than a woman for the same or a similar role, rising to a third of under-35s. Nate Barber, Partner at Harcus Parker and lead lawyer for Fair Pay UK, was quoted in the Daily Mail and MailOnline discussing the findings and why equal pay remains a live issue.

The coverage also helped raise awareness of Fair Pay UK’s claims for hourly-paid shopfloor workers at Morrisons, Asda and Sainsbury’s.
