Audrey Mazarin-Bartholet



Audrey is a member of Harcus Parker’s technology, media and communications litigation team.

She was previously an in-house lawyer at the global data privacy office of multinational advertising and public relations group Publicis. Before that she was a senior associate at PwC specialising in data protection, cybersecurity and IT matters, a role she commenced after a stint in media and communications litigation at a law firm in London.

She holds a Master’s degree in IT Law and Digital Activities from the Université Paris V Descartes, and is bilingual in French and English, as well as speaks Japanese.

She has acted on technology, media and communications litigation matters in the courts, as well as on regulatory disputes for clients before data protection authorities. She has also advised and represented clients in regulatory investigations. In addition, she has contributed to defining industry-wide guidance on AdTech, as well as delivered training and presentations over the course of her career.


Audrey is dual qualified as an English solicitor and a French avocat. She is also an International Association of Administrative Professionals Certified Information Privacy Professional – Europe.
