Chris is an associate in the Competition Litigation team at Harcus Parker. He qualified in 2022 and joined Harcus Parker in December 2025. Prior to joining the firm, he gained experience across a range of transactional and contentious competition and antitrust matters at leading global law firms in London.
Legal Expertise
Chris has extensive experience, including at trial, in the Competition Appeal Tribunal and the High Court. Notable cases include:
- Royal Mail Group Limited v DAF Trucks & Ors: Acted for the claimant in relation to the price-fixing cartel of European truck manufacturers.
- Justin le Patourel v BT Group PLC: Acted for the defendant in relation to alleged excessive and unfair prices for standalone fixed voice services.
- Kelkoo.com (UK) Limited & Ors v Google UK Limited & Ors: Acted for the claimants in relation to alleged abuse of dominance in the online comparison shopping services market.
- Viegas / Sanchez & Ors v Cutrale & Ors: Acted for the defendants in relation to alleged cartel activity in the Brazilian orange juice production market.
Chris is currently assisting on the large scale CICC collective proceedings against Visa and Mastercard in the Competition Appeal Tribunal.
He also knows conversational Cantonese.
