Damon Parker is the Senior Partner of Harcus Parker. He founded the firm, having previously been one of the founding partners and head of litigation at Harcus Sinclair.

Damon is ranked as a leading individual in both Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners, reflecting his reputation as one of the UK’s foremost group litigation specialists.

His work has helped position Harcus Parker as one of the few specialist multi-party action firms in the country. Damon’s initial practice was focused purely on trust litigation, particularly claims against trustees alleged to have caused loss to the trust fund as a result of mismanagement. In the more than 20 years he has acted in multi-party claims, he has represented corporate and private clients in a diverse range of cases, including financial services matters, shareholder disputes, employment claims, consumer claims and product liability.

Damon is the Deputy Chairman of the AMAR Foundation, a charity that provides humanitarian assistance to, and support for, communities, mainly in the Middle East and a director of the Iraq Britain Business Council.
