Nitisha is a senior associate in the Commercial Litigation department, having joined Harcus Parker in March 2020 after completing her training contract at a leading international law firm.

Legal Expertise

Her experience includes assisting in a number of high-profile and high value international disputes before the Commercial Court.

Notable cases include:

  • SFO & Anr v LCL & 45 Ors: a complex, multi-party, 7 week trial (one of the largest ever fully remote trials in Commercial Court history), concerning competing proprietary claims to a range of assets.
  • Harbour Fund III, L.P. v Kazakhstan Kagazy PLC & Ors: a 1 week trial concerning the interpretation of and entitlements arising out of a litigation funding agreement.
  • Suppipat & Ors v Narongdej & Ors: a 20 week trial concerning claims of c.$2 billion in fraud and conspiracy, following the sale of Thailand’s largest renewable energy firm.
