Acting for TSB Bank’s ‘Whistletree’ customers, who were charged higher rates of interest on their mortgages than the bank’s other customers.

Hamon and others -v- University College London

Representing the several thousand claimants in ongoing High Court litigation against University College London as part of the Student Group Claim.

The Home REIT Shareholder Group Action

Acting for over 200 investors in Home REIT, including several prominent financial institutions, in claims arising from serious management issues at Home REIT.

Kwok and others -v- UBS AG

Representing claimants in Commercial Court claims worth at least US$500 million against the investment bank UBS in connection with the leveraged acquisition of a security on the Hong Kong stock exchange.
