We are pleased to report that Harcus Parker is involved in one of the cases featured in The Lawyer’s recently published Top 20 Cases of 2024.
Harcus Parker acts for the Claimants in Dr Wright & Ors v BTC Core & Ors in relation to various intellectual property claims and are therefore involved in the Joint Trial on the ‘Identity Issue’ in Crypto Open Patent Alliance v Wright. The High Court trial is due to commence in February 2024.
