Harbour Litigation Funding have published their 2024 White Paper examining the growth the challenges law firms are facing, and how they are working to overcome them. As part of this, the authors of the paper spoke to 100 leaders at top 200 law firms.
The role of AI is a key theme in the report. Harcus Parker’s Damon Parker comments that AI has the potential to help us improve the services we can offer large groups of claimants who are participating in our campaigns. It could also lead to efficiencies in terms of our time costs, which will be to the benefit of our clients.
