The trial of several preliminary issues in the Whistletree Mortgage Prisoner Litigation against TSB Bank is due to commence in the High Court on 22 July 2024 and last for four days. This is the first of the ‘mortgage prisoner’ cases to go to trial and could set a precedent for all mortgage prisoners to be financially compensated.
