Abigail joined Harcus Parker in October 2020 as a case handler and has since progressed through the firm. In May 2023, she qualified as a Chartered Fellow of CILEx.

She has experience across a number of contentious areas, including commercial, financial services, and consumer credit disputes, some of which have been multi-jurisdictional. Abigail already has significant experience in complex group litigation. including coordinating funding and insurance arrangements. She currently assists on the Woodford claim, acting for thousands of investors who invested in the Woodford Equity Income Fund.

Abigail studied Law at the University of Kent, graduating in 2019 and has also completed the Legal Practice Course with an integrated Law and Business Masters at the University of Law.
