Alec joined Harcus Parker in November 2024. He has previous experience dealing with a broad range of contentious matters relating to, among other matters, corporate and individual insolvency, shareholder and director disputes and breach of contract claims. He has acted on civil fraud recovery matters for clients ranging from some of the UK’s largest charities, to individuals who were the victims of fraud who lost their life savings, to high value civil fraud claims including a USD$150 million claim for fraud and breach of contract brought against a wealthy Russian business owner.
