Anastasiia first joined Harcus Parker as a paralegal in June 2022 and began her training contract with the firm in January 2025. She is currently working with the Group Litigation team on complex claims including Plevin PPI and Motor Finance, having previously gained experience in her first seat in Competition.
Anastasiia supported the firm’s work on a number of group action claims, both as a paralegal and as a trainee. Since 2023, and prior to stepping into her current seat, she was closely involved in the Competition team’s work on the collective proceedings brought in the Competition Appeal Tribunal against Mastercard and Visa.
Before joining Harcus Parker, Anastasiia worked for several years in Ukraine as a notarial assistant and gained additional legal experience in courts, notarial archives and private law firms. She holds a master’s degree with honours in civil, commercial and corporate law from the National University “Odesa Law Academy”, awarded in 2018.
