Dominic joined Harcus Parker in August 2023. Prior to moving to London, he worked for 5 years in the dispute resolution practice of a leading firm in Australia, having acted for individuals and corporate clients from various industries across a broad range of commercial and regulatory disputes.
Dominic has extensive experience including handling high-value, complex group actions and arbitrations.
Recent experience:
- Acting in Ghee v BTFM & Anor [2023] FCA 1553, a group action commenced in the Federal Court of Australia relating to returns paid to the members of a large superannuation fund operated by BTFM.
- Acting in group actions brought against the Commonwealth of Australia relating to the use of PFAS and other related fire fighting foams.
- Acting for a prominent Australian businessman in a confidential arbitration relation to company rights and breaches of trust.
- Advising a large Australian bank in relation to the Royal Commission into Misconduct in the Banking, Superannuation and Financial Services Industry.
