Molly graduated from the Queensland University of Technology in Brisbane, Australia in 2020. She was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland and High Court of Australia in 2021.

Prior to joining the firm in 2023, Molly worked as a paralegal and solicitor for law firms specialising in insurance, personal injury and public liability claims from both defendant and claimant perspectives.
