Nataliya joined Harcus Parker as an associate in April 2023 after qualifying as a solicitor in October 2022. Prior to joining the firm, Nataliya worked for a leading international dispute resolution firm in London, where she gained extensive experience handling a wide range of high-value, complex, domestic and international commercial disputes, through both litigation and arbitration. A significant portion of her practice was dedicated to representing clients from the Central and Eastern European (CEE) region, including ultra-high net-worth individuals, governments, corporations, and banks.

Nataliya has experience with arbitration under numerous leading institutional rules, including those of the LCIA, ICC, and UNCITRAL.

Among the notable cases she has assisted with are the defence of Ukraine against the Russian Federation in an investment treaty arbitration case, the representation of one of the largest state-owned Ukrainian banks in multiple LCIA arbitration proceedings, and the representation of a high net-worth Ukrainian investor in a £1 billion multi-party High Court fraud claim.

In addition to being a qualified solicitor, Nataliya also holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Bristol.
