Brad joined Harcus Parker as ‘Of Counsel’ at the beginning of 2023. He is an experienced Commonwealth qualified lawyer and dual qualified as both an attorney and advocate. Brad previously established and ran his own successful boutique firm for more than a decade and also spent a number of years practising as a member of the Johannesburg Bar. Before joining Harcus Parker, he worked in the collective actions division of another firm in London. His areas of interest lie in corporate and commercial litigation, particularly in the field of collective actions. His work and experience have been both locally and internationally based, where he has acted for financial institutions, Government Departments, HNW individuals, private corporations, liquidators as well as corporate fraud and financial crime investigators. Brad is also an accredited commercial mediator and member of CEDR (UK).
