Campaigns & Technology Manager


Tom manages the firm’s marketing campaigns and leads on improving the firm’s use of technology to both optimise bookbuilding and streamline the claims management process.

Before joining Harcus Parker in January 2021, Tom worked as an Analyst and Project Director for Reuters Events, primarily in the energy sector. He also led the group’s research into the energy transition and corporate decarbonisation.

Tom has a Masters with Distinction in Political Sociology from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
