Shaebah graduated from the University of Leicester in 2018 with a degree in Law.
Shaebah supports clients through the practical stages of their equal pay claims, helping the process feel less daunting for supermarket workers joining a legal claim.
Her role helps ensure claimant information is handled carefully and that the legal team has what it needs to progress each claim as part of the wider group action.
Shaebah is passionate about making the legal process clearer, less intimidating and more accessible for people seeking fair treatment. She speaks Bengali and Turkish, and is motivated by helping ordinary workers understand their rights and feel supported.
Outside of work, Shaebah enjoys gardening, baking, photography and travelling. She has also completed the London to Brighton Marathon in two consecutive years. She enjoys learning new skills, embracing challenges and connecting with people from different backgrounds and cultures.
Before joining Harcus Parker Shaebah worked as a contractor for Deloitte, where she worked on a pensions and annuities project.
