Nate is a commercial litigator with over 10-years’ experience of dealing with complex, high-value litigation. Nate has acted for clients on a number of group claims before the Employment Tribunal and the High Court.  Nate has featured as a key lawyer for Claimant-side group litigation in Chambers and Partners and Legal 500, and was identified as one of two “Associates to Watch” across the sector in 2024.  He is also the Membership Secretary for the lawyers’ group litigation industry association – the Collective Redress Lawyers’ Association (CORLA) – and has held that position since the association’s inception.

Called to the Bar in 2012, Nate is a practising Barrister and has appeared as Counsel in the Court of Appeal and UK Supreme Court.

Recent Projects

Supermarket Equal Pay – leading a team acting for tens of thousands of Claimants bringing claims for equal pay against a number of supermarket defendants.  Proceedings have been issued in both the Employment Tribunal and the High Court.

‘Dieselgate’ emissions claims – acting for Claimants bringing claims arising from the emissions-cheating scandal against hundreds of Defendants in the High Court.

Plevin – advising and appearing as Counsel on a number of individual cases.
