Nate is a commercial Barrister with over 10-years of experience, and he has specialised in group claims since 2021.

Nate was called to the Bar in 2012, and joined Harcus Parker in April 2024. Nate has appeared before all levels of Courts and Tribunal, including the Court of Appeal and the UK Supreme Court.

Legal Expertise
Nate has been involved in some of the largest claims before the Court of England and Wales.

Notable cases include:

• pursuing claims against Uber for holiday pay and National Minimum Wage;
• bringing claims for equal pay against the UK’s largest supermarket claims;
• as part of the Dieselgate litigation; and
• seeking redress for unfair relationships arising out of PPI.

Industry Recognition
Nate is ranked as an “Associate to Watch” for Group Litigation: Claimant by Chambers & Partners, and has been identified as a Key Lawyer by Legal 500.

Memberships
He is a founder of the only industry association representing lawyers in the group claims space (CORLA) and has been CORLA’s Membership Secretary since 2021.

Nate is also keenly involved in his Inn, particularly assisting the Education Department with their Student Outreach and Education programmes.
