Edward was a junior member of the litigation team at Harcus Sinclair which moved across to Harcus Parker when the firm was founded in 2019.
Edward has experience across the full range of the firm’s contentious practice areas, including financial services and securities disputes, consumer credit disputes, civil fraud, competition class actions, and group actions. His particular focus is financial services and securities disputes, advising on claims against fund managers, investment advisers, financial institutions and banks, as well as representing investors in claims against listed companies.
He has also assisted in relation to negotiating and structuring litigation funding and ATE insurance packages, and acting for litigation funders in claims relating to the enforcement of litigation funding arrangements.
He studied History at the University of Oxford, graduating in 2015. He completed the Graduate Diploma in Law at BPP Law School in London in 2016, and the LPC at the University of Law in London in 2021. He qualified as a solicitor in January 2022.
