Tesco employs around 250,000 in its UK stores. Harcus Parker is bringing claims under the Equality Act 2010 on behalf of thousands of Tesco employees who wish to be paid fairly. Our clients claim that their work is of ‘equal value’ to that of Tesco warehouse workers but that they are paid less because in-store roles at Tesco are mainly performed by women, whereas warehouse roles tend to be performed by men.
